Our “Visa First, Pay Later” promotion is designed to make studying in Australia more accessible and worry-free. Here’s how it works:
- Administration Fee: When you enroll in a course offered by Times Education, you only need to pay a non-refundable administration fee of AUD 500.
- Visa Application: After paying the administration fee, we’ll issue you an offer letter, which you can use to apply for your Australian student visa.
- Tuition Fee: You don’t have to pay your tuition fee upfront. Once your student visa is approved, you’ll then be required to pay the tuition fee as outlined in your offer letter.
Please note that while our promotion covers the tuition fee deferral, you will still need to pay other costs associated with studying abroad, including:
- Student Visa Application Fee: AUD 1,600 (Non-refundable if visa is denied)
- Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC): Cost depends on the duration of your visa. (Fully refundable if visa is denied)
- Visa Health Examination Fee: Required for the visa application process (Non-refundable if visa is denied)

Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
1.1 Applicants must enrol in courses offered by our institutions under Times Education.
1.2 Eligibility for this promotion will be determined after a thorough review of each applicant’s qualifications and documentation.
2. Administration Fee
2.1 An administration fee of AUD 500 is required at the time of application.
2.2 This fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including visa rejection or withdrawal from the application process.
3. Offer Letter
3.1 Upon payment of the administration fee and successful enrollment, we will issue an offer letter.
3.2 The offer letter can be used by the applicant to apply for an Australian student visa.
4. Payment of Tuition Fees
4.1 If the student visa is granted, the applicant is required to pay the corresponding tuition fees as outlined in the offer letter.
4.2 Failure to pay the tuition fees as required will result in the cancellation of the enrollment and offer letter.
5. Visa Application
5.1 We will assist in the preparation of documents for the student visa application; however, the granting of the visa is at the sole discretion of the Australian immigration authorities.
5.2 We do not guarantee the issuance of the student visa.
6. Refund Policy
6.1 The administration fee of AUD 500 is non-refundable, even if the student visa application is denied or the applicant decides not to proceed with the application.
6.2 No refunds will be issued for any costs incurred by the applicant in relation to this promotion.
7. General Conditions
7.1 By participating in this promotion, applicants agree to comply with all the terms and conditions stated herein.
7.2 We reserve the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
7.3 In case of any disputes, the decision of our institution will be final and binding.
